Referring to the June 10th press release issued by the RS Prime Minister’s Office and the follow-up misunderstanding that it caused, EU Delegation to BiH would like to clarify theposition expressed by the Head of the EU Delegation to BiH Dimitris Kourkoulas in his meeting with the RS Prime Minister Milorad Dodik, affirming that further changes to the BiHConstitution, including the ones stated by the European Court of Human Rights in the Sejdic and Finci case, will be required in order for Bosnia and Herzegovina to make steps on the path to the EU integration.
